Social Studies lecture for 5 hours straight

The expression of a long "sigh" is expected from the news of having a 5 hours lecture with our beloved lecturer for Social Studies lecture. Everyone is talking what to do with that 5 long hours. Some say that, "i am going to bring this and that to kill the time," "i am going to watch movies throughout the lecture."

Of course, they did what they say but for me, i really do enjoy the lecture for the day. In fact, i can say that it caught my interest by the way the lecturer deliver her lecture. She uses the approach of two way interaction where it makes us less bored than just listen to the talks by herself only unlike LDV lecture where the lecturer are the only one that is speaking throughout the three hours. Besides that, the lecturer also gives short break in order to freshen up him/herself. This actually helps the student to gain better knowledge that are being delivered because everyone have a time span in receiving knowledge. It stop when the times up. So, to be a good teacher/ lecturer, One must know when to give student to rest their brain in order to maximize the input of the students.

A summary of the day should be conducted in order to get what the student had learnt after the lecture.

foundation year Sem 2 April

Finally, the month of April is over. Shoulders are kinda free from stress cause by the hectic packed scheduled. First thing that is hectic for this month is that we, all of the TESLIAN should take MUET in order to enter degree year with the minimum requirement of band 4. I am so damn afraid that i will not get band 4. May god bless me.^^. Following next, the TESL trainee teacher also needs to participate in the Language Camp from the 18th to 20th of April. A lot of meeting, preparation and other stuffs are done in order to make the camp a success. Although we are not the committee members of the camp but as a participant, the job that needs to be done is totally absurdly too much to handle. Although my team members and I, the Alice Walker group done a lot of preparation, the end product satisfy all of us where we are the champ on the overall of the camp judged by the marks won by each and every competition held.  The busy month did not end there.  In order to upgrade myself, i signed in for the JPP where I want to mold my management skills better. Three interview had been held which most of it falls on the day before a grand event such as MUET the next day. But, "ALL IS WELL." In the end, i became a JPP for Biro Keseniaan and Kebudayaan as the vice president under Farhanah Abdullah. The last things to wrap up would be the sports day. My class is in charged with the attendance of the whole institute but in the end, i am the one doing all the work where i called every Head Option to take the attendance of their respective classes. Genius aren't I..Flattering myself^^. Things such as crash of feelings between my best friend and I happened where he says that i did not wait for him as i promised although i did wait for him but i just couldn't find him so i carry on with the other two friends of mine. He keeps using this to hurt my feelings. Although he said that I did not care for him, then why did he call me to do something to cover his own wrong doing with the power i hold in my hands?

What comes around goes around

                Today, Iam one of the selected students to go for a seminar on Innovation in Education.When I heard of this news, I am totally unsatisfied because I am going to wastemy time with this talk. Unfortunately, it turns out to be just fine where we aretaught of English such as paraphrasing, find the main idea and some othersalso. It is a enjoyable session where can have fun while learning. The one whogives the talk is given by Dr. Hayati binti Ismail. (I am called to jot downnotes to give to the other)

                After the4 hours session, we took a photograph so that we can remember this day. Then,off we go to the dining hall for our lunch which is unexpectedly prepared. Supposedly,there isn’t any lunch for us, said Madam Sohaila. I just took my lunch and wentto the book fair where novels are sold by Dr. Hayati. The real price for onebook is RM 10 but she gives me offer to buy 2 novels for RM 10. How nice ofher.  She is doing good deeds and at thesame time encourages me to read more. Here, I would like to say thank you toDr. Hayati for her generosity.

Sports

Today, i had a sumptuous meal until i can barely walk back from the food court. What a laugh i can say. Then, i take a nap for an hour and off i went to the gym. Played there for a while after running the field for 2 round non-stop. Not bad hehe..^^. I continue to play volleyball with the TESLIAN and also some other course seniors. After three rounds, Ami wants to play so i switch with her. Continued playing sports. This time is basketball which drains mana strenght completely.. Now i am so sleepy...nite^.^

let it end fast

What is the purpose of selectinga head for a group when they are not cooperating? Funny isn’t it. Supposed tobe, if you pick a person to be a leader, we supposed to follow what he/she saidright? My classmate just won’t cooperate with me. I had tried my best toprevent any major problem but they are too selfish just thinking for themselves.Try to put yourself in my shoes when you are going to do something. It is justtoo hard for a mere person to handle so many people’s attitude. 

After so long

 It’s been a long time since I write herebecause of the tight schedule. It had been almost a month since I write mybloggy. I am quite busy for this past month because of coursework and also backto back mock test. This is not important.^^. It is the next thing that I wantto write…^.<

Although it had been quite awhile now, sometimes, I am still thinking about you especially when I saw yourpictures. Flashback such as the time I tell you how I feel. It really annoyedme. Can’t understand why I did that.>.<. Still, I can still remember thetime when at the bus where we are standing to get back from that place, thetime I fist get to hold you, the time to help you from falling off. I don’tknow why I like you so much although we have so few things in common. All I knowis that I really like when you smile.  Itenlighten everything just to see you smile and laugh.

I will take this a part of mysweet and sour memories which I can flashback on when I am old. 

1st time

It is the first time I propose toa girl and it is yesterday. I am sucks in every way that I propose. What Am IDoing there? I asked myself. The way I propose is like stupid and I am justlike kidding around. Then, at the end of the day, I asked her whether she gotthe person she like or not, she tell me that she already had. So, I tell herthat then it is better for us to be just friend. I knew it because she keepssms-ing her phone. It is a life time experience where I do a lot of researchbut I still not good enough. Never mind, we make mistakes in our life. We arenot perfect. So, I will take it as a lesson in my life. thanks to those thathelps me to ask her out.

Yesterday activities

     Today, early in the morning, after the moral slot and moral class, Liana, Ainielia and i cleaned the class. Then, we met with Amar and Amar apologize to me for his attitude yesterday. I accept it. then, we waited for our class at 10 30 on Macbeth ACT 3. After the class, i had my lunch with Karen, Annie and Melvin. Then, i continue my SS coursework which we need to hand in on next Monday. Then, I watched Gulliver and slept for 1 hour waken up by Alex message that call me to go to the field to play volleyball. I went there at 5 and reached there 15 minutes later. It rains at 5. 20 and luckily i had kept my cloths in. What a relief. Not many people is playing today so, we had quite a nice game until more people come. It is mainly TESL student that are playing. I went for dinner at CD with Liana, Alastair, Alex and also Lorreta. Went back to hostel later on. Continue a bit on SS and go and play Dota with friends until late at night.

You annoyed me

     You keep on pestering me night and day. WHAT you want for me? Getting close to me so that you can USE me? I am not your subordinate or your slave where i need to do your bidding. I have my own problem to settle with and you, just ask me to do it for you while your parents are shaking their legs. It is not that i don't want to help you. It is just that your parents are suppose to help you first instead of you directly come to me directly for help. I got my own life dude. You need to understand that.
     You also like to pester me on SMS and also on Facebook. Sometimes, it really makes me sick when you are sticking and entering my life unwelcome. For example, i am going for shopping tomorrow and you said that you wanna tag along too. I have one sentence for you: GET OUTTA MY LIFE!!!

Hate it

     I am sick right now. But, it is not that sick sick. It is just that there are red dots all over my  body. All my tomorrow and the day after tomorrow plans is all ruined. Sorry to those that i promised to hang out with. Cannot help you to pick a souvenir for your girlfriend. My friends are shocked seeing the face of mine where it is swollen for a little bit and there are small dots all over my face. I am turning into a monster here. HELP ME!!! Haha. Just kidding. Really hope that i will be back on Sunday so that i will not miss any class although I can get Medical leave.

               Today, I woke up at 10.10 in the morning which I set my alarm to rang upon that time. Firstly, I cleaned myself. Then, I open facebook where I got a few notifications and 1 inbox from Sz Ling. She haven’t slept although it is 3.13 in the morning. What a girl. Are the girls nowadays like this? In the inbox, she wrote that she wants to ask me on grammar. What a laugh. I just started for one semester and everybody is looking at me like I am a real teacher right now. Then, I packed a little bit more and suddenly, our next door neighbour came to visit our house. It is fun of their company where I enjoy the presence of their two little kids playing adorably and they also played with me as well. They left around 12 in the afternoon.

                Then, off we go for our ‘blunch’ which is breakfast and lunch. We went for new popeye for that. Then, after the meal, I went to the temple with my fifth uncle to wait for the bus. I am there at 2 while my bus is at 3.15 pm. I burn joss stick when arrived and began my reading of my January reader digest book. I left there at 3 pm and waited for another 20 minutes for the bus to arrive.

                In the bus, first of all, I feel sleepy and want some sleep. So, I put down the curtain and I found that Mayang Sari bus really is not a good company where the curtain is very dirty. I even take pictures of it as proofs. So, I slept with the curtain wide open. It is so damn hot but what-to-do, it is so dirty. After a while,  I woke up and looked outside and found that there are some place that is covered in water because of the excessive rain before Chinese New Year. What a plight to those victims. Amitabha. Then, the journey is longer than usual where I am still in the bus after the suppose-to-be duration from my place to JB which is 2 and the half hour. Now it is already three and I am not there yet. It is a real deal of a jam where the bus moves and stopped quite a lot of time. Hopefully that I can enter the Institute with Taxi or else what am I going to carry the two big luggage into block H. Fast food as dinner is expected for today’s meal.  It is Mc Donald again...haiz

              Then, as when i arrived back to IPTI, the guard house stopped me from entering through taxi and gave excuses that the warden will scold them. WTH. The bags is around 7-10kg and they want me to walk back to block H which took me 15 minutes with no loads. You are trying to kill me? So, I called our warden but he did not answer due to solat. But maybe because of my action, they gave me pass through. What a relief.

     Yesterday is a memorable day. On this day, it is "Chu 3" 3rd day of Chinese New Year. In the morning, Big brother friend came over to visits our house. Later on, Little brother friends also came but just one. 6th uncle and his wife came also around 1 pm. Big Bro and his gang is playing cards which looks fun. 

     

     In the afternoon, G. Yong Sen and i went out to moli to have a cup of tea and it is damn expensive for RM 5 each drinks. We went circle Lompoh and go to Tanjung to visit the monkeys. It is a short trip but it was fun.

     So, finally it is night time where it is the best of the day although the starting of it SUCKS...haha. Firstly, i waited Leonard for 1 hour and 40 minutes where he is enjoying his dinner with family while i skipped meal with my family where they ate KFC just to wait him where  we agreed to meet at 8pm. It is not his fault but i am still blaming on him because he shouldn't go to the restaurant on the peak hour. Here is where it is gonna starts the fun. We went to Sz Ling house where i hardly knew her just met in Facebook and couple of time in gathering with friends. This meeting surely make us friends. We were there for around 30 minutes and we left to Richard house. At Richard house, we play blackjack and i won quite a lot when i am the host after Richard and Jacky. Sz Ling did not play much and did not do anything actually. So, Leonard, open a slot for her to play where he bet for her. I learnt that her whole family did not gamble which is a good thing. Nowadays there are people that did not gamble for the whole family. It is really rare. Then, after that place, we left around 12 to court 99 for a cup of drinks where i paid for it to make me feel better to win his money. Then, we move to Tanjung to play kites. It is indeed memorable for this day to me. She had a cold but she insist to stay so we stay until around 2 am. We play kites and went for a walk and also play swings. Then we went back because it is quite late already.

Gathering

     We had a short gathering at a cafe near "Under the Coconut Tree" with Zhi Yong, Zi Ning, Chia Chia, Mei Ling, Xin Yi and her boyfriend, and also Chun Poh. We just had our cup of coffee and a lot of gossips. They just came back  from Malacca, shopping and also play bowling. There  had a incredible story on bowling where Zhi Yong drop his bowling ball while he is making the swing to throw it into the lane. What a funny situation. Then, there are rumours that Mei Ling is going out with Zhi Yong. It is a short gathering for us where A Poh and i went back first because he is going Malacca tomorrow while i car pool his car. The rest went to Tanjung to fly their kites which i really want to join but just cant. Nevermind there is always next time right. Just to console myself...Hehe.

Tragic day for me and family

     Today, unluckily, my family and i met with an accident where we bumped with a pedestrian. It is raining heavily. SHE is pushing her bike to the other side of the road. She did not saw us so it is partly on her fault. We were driving like 30-40 max km/hour and we sudden break when we saw her cross the road. Luckily, she only have some bruises at her leg. What a relieve. It is a pity where i can't go to Gan Cher Seng birthday. Sorry ya. I really want to go but what  can i do right....

A waste of money but kinda enjoy it

     Today, KO had a meeting with Madam Johana today. We discussed about the cleanliness, skirting and the chairs and tables problem. After that, Azim and I ask about the LCD where we learnt that we are not supposed to borrow LCD from the IT department. What a relief where I do not need to ask for favour to get there again. It is on you next time madam Faziah. Bwahaha.

                After lecture, Alice, Deva, Malcolm and I went to larkin to have our lunch. After lunch, we go our separate way where the couple goes to CS while Deva and I enjoy the rest and go machine for 16 minutes. It is quite expensive but the feeling of worthwhile is there. I feel relax after the massage.

Work on my ES work until 6 and went out for dinner at 7.

Embarrassing Day with good endings

     Today, for LDS, i forgotten to photocopy a set of notes for the class. It is totally my bad. I thought that everyone have it and so, it did not even crossed my mind to copy it. Sigh. Then, i move to SUP to key-in the MUET for the class but our effort were in vain where it is crowded with people with the same intention. So, rose and i went back to the class for ES class and decided to do it in the afternoon. We were there for 3 hours. The SUP people are so damn useless where they did not do their jobs. I think i am more qualified to do their job where they just sit there ordering me to help the others. It is because he do not know what to do and which websites that we should go. They are really "makan gaji" only.

     Had a nap from 5.30 to 7 where i was woken up by Malcolm for dinner. We went to get photocopy for maths where it cost RM 101.40. I was shock with that price but it is for 26 person. So, it is totally understandable. We met her after that. What a coincidence. Beautiful coincidence i would say...haha. She is somehow very cute without her spec. Then, after cleaning up, we finished up our LDV work which we couldn't finished up yesterday.

Pissed Off

     Today, it is a total mess. I will say it one by one. First of all, i am sick of Amin where he did not even help the class to borrow the LCD. What is he doing actually? I really wanna know. Before that, is that guy, don't know what urgent is? I am doing for the class which includes him also but he can sit there, shaking his leg chit chatting empty talk with his friend while making me rush here and there to do the official thing for them, MUET. I really hate you you know that? Enough about that, SUP is also another problem. What the hell are you all doing while you all should tell us earlier what we should have for registration. Some more for me to add, you all are smoking in a non smoking zone, and crucial thing that happens to most of the MALAYSIANS, are not punctual. Should start back working at 2 pm after lunch but you all are there only at 2.40++pm, Lastly, there is one person that is so racist where i cannot even answer my phone in Chinese. So, imagine when you are in my place when i am answering the phone with my mom and i am telling you not to speak in Malay, CAN YOU DO THAT? RACIST is all i can say.

     To all my class mates, i really do hope that you all can be more understanding where i already spent 1/4 of my allowance on my phone money just to contact you all and the lecturer. Sometimes it is not that i do not want to call but it is really unnecessary just to phone them because of your laziness to attend the class. There are one more absurd things that happens to me where This person called me to wake him up if the class is on. Totally blur at that time. This kind of person is going to be a teacher. Can you imagine that?

     I would really say sorry and thank you for forgiving my rudeness today because i am out of control because of that SUP and some of you are not cooperating. To those i offended i am really sorry.

Impressive day

     Today, i am holding a big responsibility where i hold RM 976 for my class MUET fees. Finally i can rest in peace where i need not worry bout that anymore. Went for HEP to write the tutorial report. Then, here come the good part...

     I am getting better at Petanque. The lecturer kinda observe me playing. Maybe i am a skilled player...Bwahaha...^^. One of the lecturer tell me the technique after seeing me play for a few rounds. He said that i need to roll the ball backwards in order to hit the ball. The class today is about shooting. Forget to mention bout it. It really hit the ball after i tried for the second time. I began to feel that i am really interested in this game. Maybe i can be a Pro someday. We had a duel with the lecturer and Juliati and I are a really good partner where both of us is kinda good in this..Bragging u would say but i am really high right now in this game. I had dinner tonight with Liana, Mag, Alice, Malcolm and Deva.

VolleyBall

     For the past few days, I am kinda lazy to write. Nothing interesting to be written. It is kinda boring just to write the things that i learnt in the class although it might help me in future to revise back. If i continue like that it might become a educational blog in some way...
     As for this tome, i would like to be a little different. I like to talk bout volley ball. For the past two days, i am playing this sports along with a few friends of mine. First day is liana, and another TESL 3 student. Sry i don't know your name. as for the second day, there are Haziq, Ros amiliana, Hasif who come for both day. For the first day, i just played volleyball and basketball but, i played four sports yesterday which is the same two sports, petanque and also tennis. I just played for a while in tennis. It is quite hard to play this sports. While for Petanque, there aren't much player so we just played from 6-6.30 although we agreed to meet at five. This is due to the irresponsible Naim who went outside for so long although we set/book that time for so long already.
